Request permanent deletion of your E-buug account and all associated data from our systems.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Once your account is deleted, all your customer records, debt history, and business data will be permanently removed. We cannot recover your data after deletion.

STEPS

How to Request Account Deletion

Include your account details in the message Provide your registered phone number and shop name so we can identify your account correctly.

Use this exact message format "I want to permanently delete my E-buug account. My registered phone number is: [your number]. My shop name is: [your shop name]."

We will confirm and process your request We will reply within 24 hours to confirm your identity and process the deletion. Your account will be fully deleted within 7 days of confirmation.

What Gets Deleted vs. What Is Kept

The following table explains exactly what happens to your data when you request account deletion:

NOTE

Data Retention After Deletion

All personal data and business records are permanently deleted within 7 days of your confirmed deletion request.


Subscription payment records (dates and amounts only — no personal details) are retained for 90 days for financial record-keeping purposes, after which they are also permanently deleted.


We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party at any time, including after account deletion.
